Newport Institute’s telehealth outpatient services for young adults provide access to ongoing structure and support.
Evidence-Based Care
Each young adult has a specialized, wholly personalized treatment plan, structured to provide a seamless transition back into their daily life. Our therapists use a wide range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.
Telehealth Services
While many programs offer hybrid treatment, with some clients in the room and others at a distance, Newport’s virtual Intensive Outpatient therapy services are delivered separately from our in-person program.
This approach ensures that young adults receive an immersion experience tailored to their needs and customized to make the most of the virtual format—including forming meaningful and supportive bonds with others on the healing journey.
Family Component
We utilize the groundbreaking Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) to restore trust between parents and children.
Regular family therapy sessions support continued healing, restoring parent-child bonds while supporting emerging adults to gain autonomy and independence.
