Young adulthood is a time of identity discovery and figuring out one’s place in the world. These are also the years in which the onset of mental health difficulties is most likely to occur. According to the World Health Organization, half of all mental health disorders start by age 18.

Without proper support, challenges often escalate, leading to compounding mental health conditions and co-occurring disorders. Newport Institute’s residential treatment centers for young adults provides comprehensive, effective, and comprehensive treatment for a wide range of ages, from college through mid-thirties.

Our residential treatment centers in LA, Orange County, and Temecula offer gender-specific environments, which have been shown to produce the safest and most effective recovery outcomes for young people. Each facility provides a structured and nurturing setting where young adults can focus on building the tools they need for bright, meaningful futures.
