For young adults who are struggling with anxiety, depression, substance use, OCD, or other mental health concerns, but don’t need the 24/7 support of residential care, outpatient programming can be ideal to support long-term recovery. Our Minnesota young adult Partial Hospitalization Programs and Intensive Outpatient Programs offer tailored, multidisciplinary treatment for ages 18 and up.
Comprehensive Care for Young Adults at Our Minnesota Outpatient Programs
Our Minnesota outpatient programs for adults ages 18 and up (depending on location) offer a variety of options, including young adult PHP and IOP, a well as clinic services through our PrairieCare division. Programming includes:
- Partial Hospitalization Program: Full-day programming, 5 days a week, with a structured schedule of therapy, life skills training, and group activities, like art, music, and Adventure Therapy
- Intensive Outpatient Program: Partial-day programming, typically in the afternoon or evening, with individual, group, and family therapy—so young adults can continue with school or work outside of treatment
- Clinic services: Individual and/or family therapy one or more times per week, as needed
