Evidence-Based Care

Each young adult has a specialized, wholly personalized treatment plan, structured to provide a seamless transition back into their daily life. Our therapists use a wide range of modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing.

VIRTUAL IOP

Supportive Community

Newport’s virtual IOP treatment includes group, individual and family therapy sessions, providing a rich and well-rounded immersion experience tailored to each client’s needs.

This approach ensures that young people receive the benefit of multiple therapeutic modalities facilitated by expert clinicians, and join a supportive community of peers within a caring and connected online environment.

REBUILDING RELATIONSHIPS

Family Component

We utilize the groundbreaking Attachment-Based Family Therapy (ABFT) to restore trust between parents and children.

Regular family therapy sessions support continued healing, restoring parent-child bonds while supporting emerging adults to gain autonomy and independence.
