Advice I Would Give My 20-Something Self

Empathy does not just apply to the way you treat others, but the way you treat yourself. Be kind to yourself. I would remind myself to be brave. It’s courage that ultimately provides you with the strength to successfully confront mental health issues head on requiring significant lifestyle changes that ultimately yields wellness and fulfillment.
