With five years in the treatment field, Jill has worked with adolescents, adults, and families in a variety of treatment settings in Southern California, including Nsight Psychology and Addiction in Newport Beach and Sustain Recovery in Irvine. She is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and holds an LPCC license (Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor).
Influenced by humanistic and schema therapies, Jill specializes in treating primary mental health and co-occurring chemical dependency disorders. She utilizes Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to increase emotion regulation and distress tolerance, and Attachment-Based Family Therapy for addressing dysfunctional family dynamics. Jill is trained in the Brainspotting methodology for treating trauma, and has also taken specialized trainings for treating eating disorders and for working with LGBTQ+ clients.
